Westwood Printers reserves the right, at any time, to modify, alter, or update these Terms of Service, and you agree to be bound by such modifications, alterations, or updates.
U.S. Shipping Methods
Continential US, Alaska and Hawaii
Your order will ship directly from one of our 17 distribution centers (seem map below). This ensures the fastest, most reliable and affordable delivery throughout North America. Although all standard shipments are via UPS Ground, 95% of shipments are delivered within 2-3 business days of receipt of payment. We offer expedited shipping services at additional cost.
Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii are via UPS 3 day select. You must provide a physical address as we cannot ship to P.O. Box addresses.
International Orders
We are currently not setup to ship any items abroad. All shipments must be delivered to a US address.
Sales Tax
All orders shipped within California are subject to an 8.25% sales tax. Sales tax is applied to the subtotal (before shipping charges are applied to your total amount due).
Return Policy
We appreciate your business, however in the unfortunate circumstance that you may need to return an item, please review the following merchandise return policy:
Unopened items that you would like to return, may be accepted within 30 days from date of order (see Refund Policy below for more information). We are unable to accept open items that have been installed or modified. If you wish to return these items, please contact Customer Support for instructions. Please contact Customer Support to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) code. The Return Merchandise Authorization code must be clearly shown on the outside of the returned packages or on the shipping label. We cannot accept returned merchandise without a proper RMA code shown as requested.
Enclose the packing slip and indicate the Return Authorization Code, the number of items you're returning, and the reason for the return.
Refund Policy
You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase, usually within 5-7 business days of receiving your return at our facility. Shipping charges are refundable only in instances where the return is due to our error (RMA code is required. See Return Policy.).
Unless damaged or defective, a 20% restocking fee is associated with all returns, to recover credit card merchant fees, banking fees, service fees, manufacturer penalties, postage, cost of correspondence, and handling costs (i.e., labor, telephone, fax, et al.) of returns to Westwood Printers. (This fee may be reduced at Westwood Printers's discretion depending on circumstances.)
Damaged or Incorrect Shipments
We make every effort to safely secure and ship all packages, but we understand that sometimes merchandise can be damaged during the shipping process. Please inspect your order upon arrival. Merchandise damaged during shipping should be reported to us within 48 hours of receipt. We will contact the shipping company for visual inspection of the merchandise and box. We will then issue you credit for the amount of any confirmed damaged merchandise.
*Reminder: all claims relating to damaged or incorrect shipments must be made no later than 48 hours after the items have been received.*
Undeliverable, Refused, and Incorrect Shipping Addresses
In the case that a shipment is undeliverable, refused or delivered to an incorrect address (incorrect zip code, missing apartment/suite/office number/name, etc.) due to customer error, the customer will be charged for both the original shipment charges and the re-shipment charges. For customers who select to cancel their returned orders, the order will be subject to a re-stocking fee (see Returns Policy). Shipping costs cannot be refunded.
Back Orders
Although every attempt is made to maintain inventory of each product we carry, occasionally we may run out of certain products. In this event, we will give you an estimated time of availability and give you the choice of canceling the out-of-stock items, holding off shipment of your entire order until the product is available, or receiving a partial shipment of the in-stock items first and the out-of-stock items when they are available.
Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Westwood Printers shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Westwood Printers shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Westwood Printers shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card.

All information, services, products, and materials contained on this site, including text, graphics, and links, are provided on an "as is" basis with no warranty. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Westwood Printers disclaims all representations and warranties, express or implied, with respect to such information, services, products, and materials, including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, freedom from computer virus, and implied warranties arising from course of dealing or course of performance. In addition, Westwood Printers does not represent or warrant that the information accessible via this site is accurate, complete or current. Price and availability information is subject to change without notice.
Limitation on Liability
Westwood Printers, will not be liable for any direct, indirect, special, punitive, incidental, exemplary or consequential damages, or any damages whatsoever, even if Westwood Printers has been previously advised of the possibility of such damages, whether in an action under contract, negligence, or any other theory, arising out of or in connection with the use, inability to use, or performance of the information, services, products, and materials available from this site. These limitations will apply notwithstanding to any failure of essential purpose of any limited remedy.
